生產(chǎn)型均質(zhì)機(jī)是我廠根據(jù)國際技術(shù)研制成功的新產(chǎn)品。高壓均質(zhì)機(jī)用于對粘度低溫度低的液體物料（液—液相或液—固相）的均質(zhì)乳化。
生產(chǎn)型均質(zhì)機(jī)主要工作是通過柱塞往復(fù)運(yùn)動將被加工物料以高壓的形式送至均質(zhì)閥，使物料流經(jīng)閥頭與閥座間微小的隙瞬受到湍流、空穴、撞擊、剪切等復(fù)合的作用，將原先粗糙的乳濁液或懸浮液加工成極細(xì)微的、均勻穩(wěn)定的液與液相混乳化物或液與固分散物。
物料經(jīng)過生產(chǎn)型均質(zhì)機(jī)均質(zhì)后有很多優(yōu)點：有極高的穩(wěn)定性、可提高保存質(zhì)量、加快反應(yīng)時間、節(jié)省添加劑：應(yīng)用在食品、保健品、化妝品等領(lǐng)域，能提高人體的吸收質(zhì)量等。
